Lady Panthers Girls' Lacrosse and Soccer Camps

Coaches Heidi Rassmussen (lacrosse) and Betsy Balling (soccer) will once again host this multi-sport camp.  There will be two different camps offered this summer:

The first camp session is going to be held July 12 - 16 at Mendon Center Elementary School.  This is for girls interested in either lacrosse, soccer, or both sports.  The lacrosse camp will be held from 9 a.m. to noon and soccer camp will be from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.  Both of these sessions are open to girls who are in grades 5 - 12 (as of 2010).  The girls can sign up for either lacrosse or soccer, or for both sessions.  For girls who attend both camps, they will be supervised during the lunch hour by the camp staff.  The staffs for both camps will be comprised of coaches who have years of coaching experience at either the high school or college level.

The second camp session is Monday, August 2 - Thursday, August 5, from 9 a.m. to noon .  This camp is open to girls in grades 2 - 4 (as of September 2010) and will combine both lacrosse and soccer through a variety of drills and small-sided games.  It will be coached by Coach Rasmussen and Coach Balling and will teach the basic skills of both sports and encourage the girls to be multi-sport athletes and to have fun!
